Conference Sponsors, Vendors & Exhibitors
Application Information
Are you a native plant nursery, environmental organization, or nature-focused artisan? Do you want to support the conference or showcase your products and services? We invite you to join us as a conference sponsor, vendor, or exhibitor!
Each year, the Midwest Native Plant Society hosts a three-day conference (this year August 1–3, 2025 at the Bergamo Center in Dayton, Ohio) featuring local and national experts on native plants, sustainable landscapes, and environmental stewardship. We invite you to join us as a conference sponsor, vendor, or exhibitor at this event.
As a sponsor, you'll gain recognition for supporting our mission of “connecting people to nature.” As a vendor or exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your products and network with all conference attendees – and even the general public on Saturday during our native plant sale.

General Information
Before registering, please review the following guidelines and information:
- Indoor Space Update: As of March 25, 2025, all indoor vendor/exhibitor spaces are full. Outdoor spaces are still available.
- Registration Period: Registration opens January 5, 2025, and closes June 30, 2025 (or when all spots are filled). You can register online through our sponsor/vendor registration page. (Spaces are limited, so don't wait!)
- Early Attendee Registration: Some sponsor levels include one or more full conference attendee registrations. Sponsors at those levels can register their attendees before general registration opens to the public (the conference attendee spots sell out within hours!).
- First-Time Vendors/Exhibitors: If you are a first-time vendor or exhibitor, please contact us for approval before registering.
- Product Guidelines: All products or services sold or displayed must align with our mission of “connecting people to nature.”
- Native Plant Policy: Native plant vendors may sell only straight native species (and should label them with scientific names). No non-native species, cultivars, or “nativars” are permitted.
- Provided Equipment: Outdoor vendors are provided with two 8′ tables and one chair. Indoor vendors/exhibitors are provided with one 8′ table and one chair (due to limited indoor space). All native plant vendors will be located outdoors.
- Setup Times: You may set up your booth on Friday after 12:30 pm, or on Saturday from 6:30–8:30 am. (Please do not arrive before 12:30 pm on Friday, as the venue will not be open.) Vendors and exhibitors may operate their booths from the time of setup until Sunday at 10:00 am.
- Silent Auction Donation: We request each selling vendor donate an item to our Silent Auction. All proceeds benefit a non-profit conservation organization selected by our board. Your donation will be acknowledged on the auction bid sheets. Please bring the item with you when you check in.
- Web Listing: All sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors will be listed on the conference webpage (below) and will remain listed for one year after the conference.

- Deeply Rooted Landscapes
Our Mission: We want to help you create beautiful, resilient, living landscapes. Sharing our yards with birds, bees, and myriads of wildlife is exciting and deeply rewarding. We can also show those around us the many benefits of using native plants in our landscapes. The cumulative effect of what we all do at home influences our communities and we all have the power to change the world, one plant at a time. Your Yard Is Habitat! Serving the Dayton area and beyond.
