Conference Sponsors, Vendors & Exhibitors
Registration is open until June 25, 2026 or when all spots are full.
Are you a native plant nursery, environmental organization, or nature-focused artisan? Do you want to support the conference or showcase your products and services? We invite you to join us as a conference sponsor, vendor, or exhibitor!
Each year, the Midwest Native Plant Society hosts a three-day conference, this year
July 31-August 2, 2026 at the Bergamo Center in Dayton, Ohio, featuring national and local experts presenting and leading field trips on native plants, sustainable landscapes, biodiversity, caring for wildlife and environmental stewardship. We invite you to join us as a
conference sponsor, vendor, or exhibitor at this event. Check the Annual Conference page for more details about the
Midwest Native Plant Conference, including the weekend agenda, programs and speaker information. Please read our our guidelines under
General Information and the
Sponsor, Vendor & Exhibitor Levels and Benefits section where you will find a link to register. If you will be a
first time vendor or exhibitor, please email
vendors@midwestnativeplants.org for approval.
We open registration for sponsors, vendors and exhibitors before registration is open to the public. Note that sponsors have first choice registering for the conference. Our native plant vendors are setup on the grounds of the Bergamo center. Please be aware that we have limited indoor selling and exhibitor spots. More information can be found in the General Information section below, and check out the various levels of participation. As a sponsor, you'll gain recognition for supporting our mission of “connecting people and nature.” As a vendor or exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your products and network with all conference attendees – and even the general public on Saturday during our native plant sale. We hope to see you there!
